13th Annual Fall Bazaar

Thirteen years ago, a group of crafty church women created the Fall Bazaar to raise money for the church's charity partners. They began with baked goods, smoked meat sandwiches, and a table of crafted items, and they invited other vendors to join them. Later, they added the very popular Church Lady Frozen Casseroles, and since then more vendors have joined the group.
Downtown Denton in October is full of fun activities, and our convenient and high-traffic location makes it easy for new and repeat customers to find us.
While we have many repeat vendors each year, we are always adding new faces and products to the Bazaar. We hope you might join us!
Money raised at the Bazaar does not benefit the church. All proceeds from St. Barnabas’ sales and booth rental fees go toward our outreach efforts—both local and international charities. We have some charities that we regularly contribute to, and some donations are for needs that we could not have anticipated. For example, we recently made a donation to Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, to support the relief efforts following the devastating July 4th flooding.

We also stock our own Little Free Food Pantry, which is located on the Gary St. side of our property.
We have several booth sizes available, all on a first-come-first-served basis. Popular sized booths sell out quickly.
All booth fees are due by September 22
Large space (very limited) = $70
Regular space (2 – 6’ tables) = $65
Small space (1 – 6' table) = $60
Optional – 6 foot table rental $10
Save my space – non-refundable down payment (balance due August 10) = $20
We have a limited number of 40” x 40” tables for smaller spaces available on a
first-come basis, must be paid in full to reserve = $45
If you bring your own card table size = $40

The only charge to vendors is their booth rental fee and/or table rental. Vendors are responsible for their own set up and break down. They handle their own money transactions. We encourage everyone to accept some type of electronic payment, as most shoppers expect that these days.
Vendors may submit photos of their products, logo, and other information to be used in our advertising leading up to the Bazaar. Please send those to the church email account or to seibtbettykay@gmail.com. For best coverage, please follow St. Barnabas Denton on Facebook and repost our advertising posts.
You may pay your booth rental fee online or by mailing a check to the church office.
